A home that looks beautiful at Christmas is the one relatives photograph, talk about and remember when they are choosing for somebody else. It is the strongest thing a home can show, and it lasts six weeks.

A commercial job has to be signed off, booked around your access and paid through a finance system. So all of that is agreed first, on paper.

    We come to the building. Date, access window, your brand colours and anything the site imposes.

  2. Design and price

    Itemised, in one document, with the install date and the removal date both on it.

  3. Installed out of hours

    Overnight or before opening. Everything sourced, delivered and fitted by us.

  4. Down in January

    On the date already agreed. Nothing left for your team to deal with.

Before you ask

The questions every business asks.

Will you have to close us to install it?
No. Commercial installs are done out of hours — overnight, before opening or between services, whichever suits the building. That is the normal way we work, not a special arrangement, and there is no extra charge for it.
What does the design visit cost?
Nothing. We come to the building, look at the frontage or the rooms you want dressed, talk through colours and access, and come back with a design and an itemised price. If it is not for you, that is where it ends.
Do you do Christmas parties, or just decorations?
Parties are where we started, twenty years ago, and the Christmas party is the busiest kind. Tables, backdrops, bars, ceilings and the photograph corner, in your own building or a venue you have hired — set before the doors open and cleared after they close.
Can you build a grotto?
Yes — a whole shopfront, a spare unit, a marquee or a single room, dressed as one set from the pavement to the chair Santa sits in. It is the one Christmas installation that pays for itself in tickets, so it is worth talking early: the build takes longer than a frontage and the good weekends go first.
Do you do corporate hampers?
Yes — under our Harrington Hamper Co. line. Personalised luxury hampers with a framed message to each recipient, ordered in one go for a client or staff list and delivered on the date you choose. Ask on the form and we will send the options.
How much does the installation cost?
It depends on the size of the premises, how much of it you want dressed and how much of the scheme is fresh florals. Every job is quoted individually and itemised, so you can see what each part costs and take something out if you want to. There is a minimum order on commercial work, and we tell you what it is before you spend any time on this.
How far ahead do we need to book?
For commercial work, around four weeks — and sooner is genuinely better, because installation dates are held in the order they are booked and the last two weeks of November are always the first to go. If your date is tight, ring rather than email.
Do you take it all down again?
Yes, and the removal is booked at the same time as the install so it is never an afterthought. Nothing is left in a store room for your team to deal with in the first week of January.
Can you work to our brand colours?
That is normally the starting point. The Reesa scheme is silver, ice and warm white because that is what suited the frontage and the sign — nothing about it is a standard red and green box. Send your colours, or a photograph of the room, and we design to it.
